Pre-orders are advance purchases that allow you to secure high-demand inventory, such as K-pop albums, before their official release. Full payment is required at checkout to guarantee your allocation, and all items will be shipped sequentially starting from the official release date.

We primarily accept payments via Bank Transfer. After you submit an order request, we will calculate the shipping weight and send a final invoice with our bank details to your email.

Shipping costs vary significantly based on order weight, volume, and destination. To provide the most competitive rates, we calculate the actual shipping cost manually after your order is placed.

If you wish to change items or quantities after submitting your order, please cancel the existing order through [My Account > Order History] and place a new order.
※ Note: Please be advised that no changes or cancellations can be made once you have completed the payment for the Final Invoice. We recommend double-checking your order details before proceeding with the bank transfer.

Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. After dispatch, the transit time typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
*Note on Pre-orders & Combined Shipping:
Your entire order will be shipped together once the item with the latest release date is available.
- Example: If you order Album A (Release: March 10) and Album B (Release: April 5) together, the shipment will begin after April 5.
If you wish to receive available items sooner, please place separate orders for products with different release dates.

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means we handle the transport to your address, but any import duties or local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

If you find an error in your address, please update your [My Account > Profile] and contact our Customer Service team immediately.
If your order is already in the shipping process, While we will do our best to update your information before dispatch, please understand that address changes may not be possible once the shipping process has advanced. In the event that the package is misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect address, any resulting return shipping fees or additional reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order to ensure a smooth delivery.

If there are any issues with the condition of your items (defects, damage, or missing products), please submit a claim within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your shipment.
You can file a formal report through the [C/S Page] located at the bottom of our website.
※ IMPORTANT: A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Please ensure you record a video from the moment you begin opening the box to verify the condition of the items. We cannot process any replacements or refunds without this video evidence.

Once the final payment (bank transfer) is completed, cancellations are strictly not allowed. Please be advised that we do not permit any changes to items or quantities after payment has been processed. We recommend a final review of your order details and totals before completing the transfer to ensure all information is correct.
