How to order from hanpick?
๐ STEP 1: Create Your Account
1๏ธโฃ Click "Register" at the top
2๏ธโฃ Enter your business information and create your account
โ You can place orders right after signing up.
๐๏ธ STEP 2: Choose Your Items
1๏ธโฃ Browse our K-Pop items and click "Add to Cart"
2๏ธโฃ Select quantity and continue shopping
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 3 units per item. Each version counts as a separate item. For example, if an album comes in Ver. A, B and C, please order at least 3 of each version you choose.
- Minimum order value (MOV): $1,000 per order (shipping excluded)
๐ก First order? A test order from $500 is available by arrangement. Please email contact@hanpick.com before placing it.
๐ฆ STEP 3: Review & Submit Your Order
1๏ธโฃ Review your cart and proceed to checkout
2๏ธโฃ Confirm your shipping address, quantities, and prices
3๏ธโฃ Payment method: Bank Transfer (selected automatically)
4๏ธโฃ Click "Complete Order"
โ ๏ธ Shipping cost is not shown at checkout. After you submit your order, our team will email you to confirm the details we need for your invoice. Your final invoice will include the shipping cost and the final total amount.
๐ง STEP 4: Receive Invoice & Pay
๐ Within 2~3 days:
- You receive an email with your final invoice
- The invoice shows: all products, shipping cost, final total in USD, and our bank details
๐ฐ Bank Transfer Payment:
Transfer the total amount in USD to the bank account shown in the invoice. Payment confirmation takes 2โ3 business days after your transfer. Once we confirm payment, we prepare your items and ship to your door.
โ ๏ธ 100% prepayment required: Full payment must be received before your order is shipped. Your order is confirmed only after we receive your payment.
๐ STEP 5: Processing & Shipping
- In-stock items: shipped within 3โ5 business days after payment is confirmed
- Pre-order items: arrive at our office within about 1 week after the official release date, then are packed and shipped within 1โ2 business days
- Transit time: 3โ10 business days, depending on your country and the courier
โ ๏ธ Important: Combined Shipping
If your order includes any pre-order item, the whole order ships on the pre-order schedule. If it includes several pre-order items, it ships after the item with the latest release date arrives. In-stock items in the same order wait until then.
Example: In-stock Album C + Album A (release: March 10) + Album B (release: April 5) in one order โ all items ship after Album B arrives.
๐ Want your in-stock items sooner? Place them in a separate order from your pre-order items.
โ ๏ธ Shipping Information
DAP Terms:
We are NOT paying for:
- Import duties and customs clearance fees
- VAT (Value Added Tax)
- Tariffs
Your customs will contact you for these costs when the package arrives.
